I have always believed that we, as a gender or as a people, whether of this country or another, of any race or religion or creed, could all live together, and each of us could lead better and more fulfilling lives if we all lived by two simple principles:

Before we do anything or say anything that we might later regret, we should simply take a moment, breathe deeply once or twice, look into our souls, and ask ourselves two heartfelt questions:
1) What would Gilbert think of this?
2) What can I do for Gilbert?
